At Go-Gamer, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the customized nature of many of our products, we maintain the following policy regarding order cancellations, returns, and refunds.


1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be canceled within 6 hours of placement, provided that shipping process has not yet begun.

  • Once the production process starts, cancellation is not possible.

  • To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately via email at info@go-gamer.com or through our contact page.


2. Return Policy

  • You can return within 7 days of receipt, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.


3. Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds (for eligible items) will be processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

  • No refunds will be issued for digital files, design services, or downloadable products once delivered.


4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include:

  • Your order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will either replace the item or issue a full refund based on the situation.
