Orders may be canceled within 6 hours of placement, provided that shipping process has not yet begun.

Once the production process starts, cancellation is not possible.

You can return within 7 days of receipt, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
